Senior Speech Therapist
As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of all ages. Your role will involve developing individualized therapy plans, working closely with patients and their families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to patients, focusing on improving communication skills, swallowing abilities, and other related functions.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and strategies for improvement.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech therapy techniques and practices.
